I think il be looking at another sts this week, really hope I don't get a gain, and secretly hope I get a loss, but I will have to wait until Friday to see! Looking forward to next week hopefully being as close to 100% on plan as possible as I'd say I've been 50% this week at most!

Hi - you never know you might have a loss if u'v been good today and can hang on in there 2moro!! I'm sure you'll do better than me this week - hope so anyway!

Cos I put on 2lbs - I knew I'd have to be careful after barely eating when I was ill last wekk - but I wasn't and got what I deserved but didn't expect a plus 2!! Fingers crossed you have a loss or a sts!

I've been so bad today, planning to be very good tomorrow and hope that will at least do a little damage limitation! I just can't seem to get into the right frame of mind ATM,, it's so hard, I'm so easily swayed off course. Sorry about your 2lb, let's hope it comes off nice and quick for you :)

Hi know exactly what you mean - it's funny sometimes I can be really, really good and others twice as naughty - I'm striving to be more consistent (by being good I mean!!)

But I promise to be good 2moro and exercise for at least 30 mins - hoping that will get me back on track cos when I exercise I feel virtuous!

What gets you back on track? Hope you can stay on plan 2moro.

I think being organised and having consistency helps me get back on track-having a meal plan, thinking about all the clothes I own that don't fit well etc. this week was a bit up the left as I had a few things planned, but I need to try and deal with those situations better otherwise I'm going to feel like I can never enjoy meals out etc ever again lol. I'm back at work tomorrow, I tend to be better at work, hopefully I can carry it on to tomorrow night!

Had a sneaky weigh this morning and I'm up 2.75 :-( I totally deserve it to be fair, but it's still gutting! Hope I can claw back today and reduce the gain by tomorrow
 
Autumn and upndown you both are just like me ! Nice to have folk to relate to ! I'm feeling awfully virtuous then I remember it's only thurs morn and my wi day is Tuesday ! Long way still to go ! I'm really wanting a good loss this week. I lost a grand total of one pound in jan with all my faffing up and down !! I'd hoped for half stone ! Epic fail ! Going for a half stone in February ! We can do it ! X

My bulging tum feels fatter again today (too much info?) but straight after my cuppa I'm going to do 30 mins exercise - I have a busy day so hopefully can keep on track!

I have gone off track majorly. Given up on dieting until I weigh this weekend to start afresh. So I know I will be needing a higher target and a total loss of 0lb re-adding on here when I do! lol
 
Lost 1lb again this week, its slow but I'm getting there xxx

yeah its great having people to relate to, and who you can discuss your epic fail days with, without feeling really crap about yourself! i love those days when you feel really virtuous and want to stay on plan etc-although they have been few and far between for me of late! i know its annoying when people say things like this, but at least you lost one pound rather than gaining overall-even though you wanted a half stone, at least you don't have to lose more than that because you gained(if that makes sense, although i hate when people say things like that to me when i'm annoyed with my progress, but it is the truth!)
