Updated for me and camplestar.lost five pounds this week,really wanted the 5.5 to take me to a stone off but il take it! Two more weeks of juicing then it's the scary stage of introducing food again and hoping all the weight doesn't go back on again!
It's still a loss at least. Your body was probably trying to hold onto what it could knowing you were ill.
I had a sneaky peek at scales and have a teeny loss this week, no surprise as it's star week so lots of water retention. I've been good all week and only gone over my cal limit on MFP (it's given me 1220) twice by about 200 cals at most so hopefully next week will be better.
I caved
I ended up getting that takeaway pizza ; the result? A 4lb gain yesterday coupled by a 2lb loss today. So it resulted in me creeping back up 2lbs. Not the end of the world but see now that I had that "blow out", I've realised it wasn't even worth it
These things happen I guess, onwards and upwards now!
Bet most of us here have done something similar - just draw a line under it and go for it this week.
