2015 Weight Loss Challenge

I really wanted to do a transformer but they wanted credit card details and I don't have one :-(

That's a shame I was lucky as I have a visa card I am sure it will make me stick with it as I want my money back and should make a good profit on it too. I am also going to do another 30 day one just not sure which one to choose.

My thirty day one ends on wed and my second one starts tomorrow,I'm doing the blogilates diet bet,I do her Pilates videos from YouTube. Ideally I'd like to do a few more thirty day ones that kinda follow on from each other cos it makes you step up a bit when your money is at risk lol

That's the one I have been looking at joining as my bet ends on Monday and the 6 month one starts Thursday. Really glad I found dietbet really helping me as the risk of losing the money helps me so much.

Feeling really empowered today! After my weigh in Saturday morning I ate healthily all day but had most of my weeklies on wine and a few truffles. But it's ok, because I'm not weighing myself to see the damage just following the program. Tomorrow having a banana, almond milk, oat and pb2 smothie for breakie, ww soup and yoghurt for lunch with quavers and fruits for snack. Then for tea, goats cheese tart with rocket and balsamic. I'm planning each meal and eating no more than 26 pro points so I know I WILL see the scales go down next Saturday! Good luck next week all. Let's start on a positive x

Weighed myself again today, down to 13st 8.4lbs so another cheeky wee 0.2lbs have disappeared ;)

Eeek! Need to lose 9.2lb's total...will have to be VERY strict!

Lost 9lb's so far within 4 weeks (28days) so fingers crossed I can do it again!

Oop you sound so motivated! What is pb2? Ive seen it mentioned a lot

Yaaaay how exciting! I think I've to lose six and im very nervous about it! The bag of skittles Im sitting eating probably isn't going to help either lol,but hoping il get there!

Officially approved and in the diet bet now...eek! If I can do this then I will be 18lb's down in 8 weeks. Ooh I hope it works!

Yeah the dietbet is handy cos I don't like seeing pictures of myself but I have to take them for my weigh in and I can see the difference between the start of one and the end. Ive just joined another bet which starts on 8th feb.im trying to save money at the minute so it's making sense to throw it into bets where I'm completely in control of the outcome!

18 pounds in 8 weeks would be fab,you seem really in the zone at the minute!

Really need to stop with the daily weigh in's! Although it's good news as I'm sitting at 13st 7.8lbs today..... that's a loss of 0.6lbs since yesterday :O!

Ive got it in my head that I really want 3.25 lbs off this week.i don't know why I do that to myself because it's completely unrealistic so if I do get a loss on Thursday im only going to be disappointed even though I should be happy
