2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Hi just a quick question would it be ok to log / update my weight on a monthly basis ? To be honest don't have a lot of weight to loose this year so thought I'd prefer to update once a month . If this is ok will update the last Friday of each month .Thanks best of luck everyone xx

Well done guys we are doing so well. I'm on the laptop and so I have updated a couple of losses that have been missed of the list hope this is ok. Just as a total so far the losses stand at 23.7lb. That's fanatastic. :)

Well done everyone! Great start. Autumn, your loss has been massive. Wish I could do juice. End up missing solid food. Aim for me next wed is 2.5lb minimum loss. This would get me at the top of my goal range. I also recommend diet coke chicken its yummy :).

Had a 4lb gain since I last weighed on Dec 19 - been on plan since Monday and can feel that I've lost a bit of Christmas/New Year gain - shd I post that gain on the list or start posting progress next next? Advice please!

Upndown why didnt you bite the bullet when u started and looked at real damage? Youd now be feeling proud of ur loss rather than a gain!

That said im proud of u for sticking to plan its been a long time coming for both of us. We can do it.
Personally i would not log a gain as technically its a loss. Perhaps take it as your starting weight and keep it going.

Felt that I needed either a reality kick or an encouragement to get through Friday night and seeing a loss is definitely going to keep me on track. Off to the gym this weekend before WI so hoping to bring it down a little more

Thanks - the truth is that I was too chicken to WI until I'd had a few days on plan!!

I'll go with your suggestion it's what I was thinking but thought it might be a cheat!! Like you I feel pretty positive at the mo - long may it last for both of us - hope ur feeling better and enjoy ur long weekend - will pop in to see u later xx
 
Four pound gain really isn't too bad upndown! I would post the weight with the four pound gain as your start weight then take it from there.well done for sticking to plan!
