WOW! 9st 7, that is amazing! Of course you should enjoy some time socialising now! Lipotrim is always there to be able to use as a replacement for individual meals even if not total food replacement should you need to. I know it is not meant for that, but the odd shake to balance out the calories occasionally would not hurt. Like you said, you can also work out at the gym, and you will have more energy to do so. So many people this year, including myself are working on self love, I think this whole situation has taught us to appreciate our lives, our bodies and be grateful for what we have and appreciate more the things we didn't in the past. Hope the next two weeks go smoothly, bet you are counting down the days!! How exciting! 5:2 is great, I love intermittent fasting! I use fastic app for that which is great. I just use the free version to record fasts.
Thank you Jess.
I feel more comfortable in myself around 9st-9.7st. On reflection it’s quite sad really as I never had an issue with my weight growing up, I realise now my issue was due to a distorted image of myself (I thought I was big when I was only 9st ). Makes me so sad looking back and remembering how I was so self critical and unkind to myself.
I piled on a lot of weight in 2017 due to stress/anxiety/SSRI medication which was when I got to my biggest at 16st. I started CWP to lose weight, I could’ve got back to my lower weight if I’d stuck with CWP but I didn’t and subsequently did Lipotrim on and off several times to get my weight down (lots of yo-yoing inbetween ). I then did 5:2/SW and got back into the gym in 2019 and eventually got my weight back to 9st ish over last summer lockdown. So I took the scenic route to say the least.
I am on my current Lipotrim stint to undo the weight I gained over this last winter lockdown whereby I was not active at all and overeating I did enjoy some of it though
I guess it’s about finding what works for you and I know I can enjoy food and work a bit harder in the gym if needed to balance things out.
Thank you, I’ll have a look at the app
