Damn kebabs... they are my personal favourites alongside pizza. And they happen to be the most high calorie and unhealthy meals out there... damnit!
May have to indulge in a cheeky kebab... in two months or something.
Losing weight is worth missing out on any greasy heavenly meal though
I've never had a kebab. I don't like lamb, I only really eat chicken and its weird but I don't trust it from a kebab shop. It looks nice, grilled chicken with salad and pitta. I can make that at home.
My friend who is losing weight, who is nearing the 19 stone mark like you ( he's lost 2 stone so far) has a kebab and chips every Friday night and still loses. I guess as long as you have a good day either side of it then it balances out. But - as I have seen happen, it could be a trigger to bad eating again. It happened to me too. I had a bad week and then I didn't lose for a couple of months and I'm only just getting out of that. That's why I'm working so hard at the mo, coz I want to make up for lost time.
I would love to hit 5 stone gone by the end of may, so I am going to have to not have any slip ups. It's going to be tough but it'll be worth it. Takeout food can wait x
