Lost 1lb this week =) aiming for 2 1/2 next week!
 
It's definitely great to be in the next weight bracket.
I lost another 1.5lbs this week - not doing brilliantly at this maintaining malarkey, but I've hit my final target of losing 2.5stone and that's my goal for this challenge hit as well.

Can't make it to my normal Saturday morning weigh in this week, so had to go this afternoon - dropped 0.5lbs.
Thats good for a shorter week x
It makes next week a long one, though! Gives me plenty of time for a great loss next weekend :)

Is it too late to join? I would like to lose 18lbs to get me down in to the 11 stone bracket and then I can think about my target weight :)

Joining this late, so I hope that's ok! Its my first week and I weigh on Tuesdays, giving me exactly 8 weeks left of this challenge. I'm going to aim for 2 stone or 28lbs. It might be hard and I might not make it, but I'd rather push myself to something difficult than settle for something I'll easily meet!

Quick update... last week lost 1.5lbs. Going away this week so having to WI tomorrow morning.

Madmich - 18lbs (1.5lb lost 16.5 to loose) :eek:

3lb on forms this week. Totally deserved so can't complain about it.
I'm away for holiday for 2 weeks as well so guess I'll be back to square 1 when I get back
 
oh well gained a lb this week but my mind isnt 100% with it just now so it could have been a lot worse

Been silly the past couple of weeks and gained 5lbs in total but I'm focused on losing it this week :)

I am doing damage limitation now that I'm back from my hols and started the 30 day shred
