I would like to join as well. I will be starting back on the 2nd of Jan, after a 6 month break.
Hoping that by signing up for this challenge it will keep me motivated.

My goal is to get to 12 stone but I won't know the actual amount I need to lose until then. This challenge is ideal for me as my last weigh in before my wedding will be on the 25th March!

Ok - ive decided on 14lbs for my target which seems more achievable than 21.5 anything over 14 is a bonus. WI tonight was a loss of 1.5lbs which im chuffed with considering its xmas

I am sure you have not put on that much in short period of time. If you feel that you deserve the gain then draw a line - go back to basics and I am sure it will come off soon. It is easier to lose a fresh gain rather than old one. Good luck.Thanks Rosielea, I weighed in I am not a happy bunny buts its deserved so I will take it in the chin and move on so my Starting Weight is 12st 10lbs and I am aiming for 21lbs. I am quite excited about this now
