3 Positives for today...

1. I went for a walk with my OH (hard in the heat, but rewarding)
2. I enjoyed having cool feet all day in my new sandals
3. Tomorrow is my "Friday" :D

3. Arranged foe the children to play with friends after school later this week.

Actually got on the wii fit this morning, I am going to try and do 20 minutes a day
New bras in a 410d fit beautifully. I have come down from a 44F and these are pretty and girlie!
Downloaded a new album and danced round the living room
 
1. Stepped out the house in shorts without leggings for the first time in about 4 years :)
2. Managed to sort out my mess of a wardrobe, looking lovely :)
3. Got a new dress today and fits perfectly in a 12 :)
 
1. 100% on plan today so far
2. syn free supper lined up with recipe and ingrediants
3. Have not weighed in at home this week at all
 
1 - met a friend for a chat and was nice to relax in the sun
2 - nice busy day at work
3 - DECIDED TO GO BACK TO CLASS!!!! I NEED THE WI and hubby is backing me (for my own sake, he still says i am perfect! lol)

Pledged to stay in group for next two weeks at least

2. weighed in and stayed to group - feeling positive about the next fortnight
3. spoke to a friend I haven't spoken to for ages
 
1 - 3lb loss, always a good motivator
2 - K's interim school report is excellent
3 - I am not going out tonight, just writing minutes and sewing.
 
My 3 positives for today

1. I managed to lose 0.5lb even though I had some blips.
2. I am feeling so dedicated to achieving my goals, ready to kick some serious butt!
3. I have had a lovely day off work with my gorgeous hubby-to-be: we officially registered our notification of marriage
 
1. Bought 3 new tops this morning, all a size 14 :) and a pair of cropped jeans in a 16, I've never been smaller on the top before

2. Have used my cross trainer today, not for long lol, but I've used it :)

3. Finally got round to getting the dog a new tag to go on his collar :)
 
1 - rejoined club and not worrying about the gain, excited to have a focus again!!

2 - went to Zumba and worked hard!

1. Very close to 100% today - didn't go mad when I went slightly off track
2. Enjoyed school jubilee party
3. Got the house reasonably tidy:)

2 My kids and nephew are on the way home so get to spend 9 whole days with them after only seeing them twice in two months

3 hmmmm can't think of a third, except I'm back in the 10's
