Hello folks. I'm new here and looking forward to meeting everyone My starting weight is 13stone 11lbs and ideally would love to lose 3 stone. Don't mind how slowly as long as it comes off

Today:
Breakfast
2xHeb bread
1 egg
Melon

Lunch:
Apple
Mandarin
Mullerlight 0.5syns
Hea Cheddar cubes
Ham

Dinner:
Potato
Boiled ham, no get
Cabbage
Sweet

Snack:
Wagon wheel 8syns
 
Today's Nosh

Breakfast:
2xHeB Bread
3 bacon medallions
15g Brown sauce (1Syn)
Bowl of melon chunks

Lunch :
2 boiled eggs
Mullerlight
Raspberries
More Melon

Dinner:
Donegal catch (7.5syns)
Left over potatoes made into chips/cubes
Peas

Not feeling it today. All I want is crisps and chocolate. Trust me to start on star week :( Just going to lock myself in till this feeling passes. Thankfully don't have to go near the shops until tonight. I'll go straight after dinner so I'll be full :D

What is Donegal catch? I am guessing some kind of fish, but what are the syns from?

I have a loooooooot of weight to lose, but I lost 3 stone in my first 4 months, so please take my word for it, you can do it and it will be worth it.
 
Thank you for your words of encouragement :) Well done on your loss :) Donegal catch is a breaded fish here in Ireland hence the syns lol.
Going to have to cut back on the carbs, feeling very sluggish. Might do SP or red plan and use my heb's on nuts instead.

Got very sloppy with my water intake so need to get back to drinking the amout I actually should be drinking.

So busy today so won't have time for anything other the above. Hoping to get all outstanding chores that I've been avoiding done today :eek:

Have a 7 day shake left in the press so going to use it up as I'm rushing around again today, and quite frankly they are too expensive so I'm not binning :rolleyes: Also finishing off my detox tea between today and tomorrow. Probably do half an hour of weights today. Back up to 20lb dumbells and feeling great about that. I have yet to venture out to get the barbell out of the shed to see if I can manage the 50lbs on that but I'll get to it before the end of the week. Well that's the plan anyway :character00116::rolleyes:
 
Add a bottle of vino on for yesterday :eek: Not planned for at all but would've been rude not to. Any excuse at all :D

Left overs from yesterday's dinner

Dinner:
Chicken salad with HeA

Will be having a low carb protein shake later at some point and that's 4 syns. That's about it really. Cross trainer and weights after lunch, the joys...
 
Slowly but surely I am getting more toned. Trouble is now is my spare tyre is more noticeable grrrr. I know I can't spot reduce and belly fat is the most stubborn so going keep my carbs low and do more cardio. Let the fat just eat it's self up :rolleyes: I know ketosis isn't a slimming world thing but it's the best thing for stubborn fat and it works. Just have to eat more speed veg instead of fruit to keep carbs low.

Today's plan:

Low carb protein shake (4syns)

Bacon, eggs, spinach and onion

Taco Mince in lettuce 'cups' (loads of speed veg in this) (1syn)
Topped with HeA cheddar

Almonds x 2HeB's


The taco mix I got is from Aldi and it's fab. Really spicy and flavoursome. Only 1syn per 1/4 packet so amazing syn value for something so quick and handy.

Weigh in tomorrow fingers crossed for a good loss :bunnydance:
 
Forgot my milk syns nearly everyday I see, oops. They are 6 everyday unless I've used them as a HeA. I have them in on my SW sheets so I haven't actually gone over much any day. Except the wine day :rolleyes:
 
3lb loss wohoo :D On cloud mine with that loss. I joined the June challenge with the aim to lose 10lbs in June with 5 weigh days. Super motivated for the coming week to get a good loss for the first week of the challenge.

Today's plan.
Almonds 2xHeB
Milk for coffee HeA

Chicken breast, ham, garden salad

Minute steak, black been sauce (4 syns) and lots of stir fry veg.

Protein shake... Maybe. We'll see how the day goes. (4syns)

@vixter Not so bad, weekend was a pure disaster, no other way of putting it lol. Only back on track today. I feel dog rough now after eating so much bad food.

Today's food:
HeA milk for coffees

Brunch:
HeB bagel, ham , spinach, cheese spread (2syns)
Dinner:
Maggi so juicy bbq drumsticks (4syns), sweet potato wedges and speedy salad, dressing (3syns)

Snacks:
Apple and mullerlight

9syns total so could be worse. I really need to get my head in the game. My clothes don't fit but yet I'll binge all weekend, doesn't even make sense. Self sabotage at its best
