All we can do is try I suppose.

Just done level 2 of 30 day shred then week 3 of couch to 5k.

Plan for tomorrow is shred before work then gym and run home. Trying to step up the exercise big time!

Slept through my alarm, not a great start. Will still do all exercise had planned though, will just need to do it after work.

Food

2x cereal bars (Hex B)
2x satsumas
Carrots, hummus (2 syns) and fruit pot
Tuna and tomato pasta with salad (1 syn for dressing)
Milk (Hex A)
Chocolate eclair (1.5 syns)
Tea
Sf cordial
Water

Exercise will be 30 day shred, couch to 5k and an hour cardio at the gym.

Had a few grapes and hummus last night when I was making my lunch.

I didn't go to the gym last night but I did the 30 day shred and couch to 5k. I think if I do the shred in the morning then the gym and a run at night won't feel so much so I forced myself to get up and do 30 day shred this morning and have my gym stuff to go straight from work.

Food today

1 egg and 1 egg white
2 cereal bars (Hex B)
2 satsumas
Milk (Hex A)
Red pepper hummus, carrots, cucumber, grapes
Nectarine
Tandoori salmon, bombay potatoes, salad and raita (2.5 syns for potatoes, 1.5 syns for salmon)
Tea
Water
Sf cordial
Yoghurt (2.5 syns)

Ate the eggs for some protein, think I'll make mini breakfast egg muffins next week and change the cereal bars for some nuts as I don't usually like eating processed stuff.

Also, 9st 6.8 on the scales this morning. I was 9st 8.5 at group on Monday and would LOVE to have a 3lb loss and show 9st 5.5.

Still doing coach to 5k and the shred but not feeling the gym. I'll go at the weekend but been so tired this week, I guess my body is used to zero exercise so it's in shock!

Haven't exercised today. Feeling sore and just CBA at all!

Food has been fine. Been hungry so eaten quite a bit but all on plan.

I've mainlined burgers and adult beverages for 2 days. Not great for me either!!

I had 4 absolutely horrendous days in a row but nailed today. You just need one good day and you'll be right back in the swing of things.

You can do it Sam - lots of soup, bit of bread. Some veggies. Mash potato. Have some comfort food but do it the healthy way and you'll be back in no time xx
