Day 16 - been a bit slack!
Done half of the exercises & 10 mins of the flexibility, but couldn't bring myself to do 30 mins of it! I'll do some yoga on the wiifit later to make up for it.
I have done the neck relaxation stretches but don't bother with the journal!
