Just completed day 2, and found the cardio easier as the workout went on. Also used proper weights this time-bean tins last time and 5lb weights this time
Awesome thanks, I've been having sessions in the gym with a personal trainer since Feb, so physically started in an ok place, and found it easier than it thought it would be, but due to work I had a 2 day gap between day 1 and 2! Not aching as much as I thought I would, despite a dramatic increase in hand weight
