Scarlett - when I first started I did days 1&2 then had to have a break for a few days cos I could barely walk. When I started up again it was much better and I've not experienced that initial pain again. In fact the only aching I've had is in my abs after starting level 3 but it wasn't too bad.
I just went for 10 days each level, felt enough for me. I didn't make it to Natalie level at each level though!Sorry for the double post, but I was just thinking, how did you decide when to go onto level 2, I know I'm only on day 2 but the way I feel, I feel like I'll be doing level one for 30 days....
