Well it appears this would be my 756th food diary (or thereabouts) but it is now 6 months until I move to Florida for a year and therefore it is time to get back in the 8s!
I've been pretty crap with staying on plan of late, mainly due to social occasions but in saying that I could try harder.
My plan of attack
Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
Is to berate me if I faff about.
I have one night out coming up and I'm trying to stay in a lot at the moment due to saving pennies anyway which could be good (though I may die of boredom)
My weigh in is going to be Sunday morning as always.

- To post what I eat every day-no matter how horrendous.
- To not feel guilty if I have a night out and over indulge but to simply get back on track.
- To stay under 10 syns per day as more than that does not work.
- To do at least 2 EE days per week.
- To control my portion sizes much better
