2 x LM sausages (4 syns), 2 syns of ketchup, an egg, mushrooms and HEB toast.

Dinner
Quorn pasta bake-HEA of cheese, quorn pieces, HEA2 of cheese and veg.

''Snack''
Pineapple, apple, banana and muller light.
4 syn bag of Sainsbury's popcorn...will definitely be buying it again! So yum!

Pineapple, apple, banana and a muller light.

Dinner
Chicken pasta bake (3 syns of philly, HEA2 of cheese)
8 syns on popcorn.

Probably going to have to have quorn/chicken the next couple of nights as I am only allowed to eat things that are whitish in colour due to getting my teeth done. Thus no tomato sauce on my breakfast :(

After what was a pretty head melt less three weeks it's now returned with avengence. BUT only 7 full days and 2 half days left of work.

Breakfast
Toast (HEB1) and egg.
2 digestives (7 syns)

Lunch
Biccy (8 syns)
Pineapple and muller light.

Dinner
Tuna, potato bake. HEB2, HEA of philly and HEA2 of cheese.
 
Not expecting a loss this week as the scales are being wee friggers.

Pineapple and a muller light.

Dinner
Potato, tuna (HEB), cheese (HEA1) and philly (HEA2) with usual veg.
