I did enjoy my spa day (one of the best have been on!) but unfortunately it means I won't get my 7 out of 7 100% days or another out of my 365 but theres a lot more days to come!

Weigh in today 2.5lb down :) yay didn't manage 7/7 though went a bit over today! Nothing to mad but at least 10 over syns! Back on it tomorrow :)

Well technically I went a bit overboard on Monday but I am pulling the syns back successfully so I'm calling it on plan!

Next actual day off is 15th Feb for a belated valentines day burger/cocktail/Hotel Chocolat fest so I'd like to be 100% every day until that. I can't really afford a day off plan with so much to lose so quickly but I'll go mad if I don't cut myself a bit of slack sometimes ;) x
