Bucjled at a doughnut stand asked for 1 he gave me 2 as was closing aaaaaa. So ate them ffs note toself head must not return back up arse.

Must get goid sleep tonight ive got a 3 day make over at my mums house just the lounge but im redoing top to bottom less the carpet. :eek:
Bring on the energy foods i need them x

What are you doing? Painting? Papering?
 
I know Mel i have to totaly rid my house of everything and i cant be around bad food untill the nrw habit kicks in its a nightmare. Im painting and cielingtv to wall with shelf below. New family picture wall frames and a shelf under each one to hold an ornament of sentiment from that person. Its all so mums further years will be easier i hope. Argos do a big flip clock with date and time. New curtains and ive already cleaned the carpet so it should go easy...i hope lol

Wow! Super plan. I've been painting the family bath for days! I'll put what I hope is the last coat on the baseboards and the first coat on the outside of the door tomorrow. Then the second coat on the outside of the door Friday. Then we rehang the door and I paint the inside Saturday and second coat Sunday. Then, DH has to hang the medicine cabinet, change the toilet seat, put up the blind, shower bar up, etc. I just want it done and dusted. Then, I'll paint the other doors upstairs -- and move downstairs to work on the hallway, then stairwell and upstairs hallway -- I also have to finish the clearing, cleaning and decluttering.

Hi Mel Your jobs sounds eww lol gloss is my biggest hate thankfully mums hasnt needed it. Thats on the cards for next couple years. Where on the same mission amd wow what a work out. Im wrecked lve run between places so much that the awfull foid ive eaten should be counteracted. Ive been to tierd to take action. Have had salads where possible but gave in to a chinese last night. Im craving a damn good hot gravey dinner and veg. My main snack everyday has been crunchie nut cornflakes and 2 To 3 bowls. Last night was an exception. I have 2 more full on days then bring on a quiet week next week. Will check in Monday hope all looks lovely when your done :)

Thanks. About to walk dog (DD is away today), then paint trim. Not touched the project in two days. I have been having Special K red berries for breakfast, but I measure it. 1.5 cups, 1/4 cup fresh strawberries cut up and two tablespoons of 0% fat Greek Yogurt. If I had 3 bows of cereal a day I'd gain a lot of weight fast. I can't eat that much processed carbohydrate. I'm out of red berries now -- so, I'll move on to Rice Chex (gluten free). But only for breakfast. :D
 
I dont know how people measure food out...id never eat as to cba to do it. My DIL lost 3 stone doing it thou so its proven. I had a nice afternoon off from 4 and an unplaned night in the town and i realy needed it. Im so much more positive And revived plus i slept in my own bed which i think helped. Im loose with a drill today and 16 attacks on the wall lol. 2 drop down wall tables. Tv and players to the wallcurtain rail and ornament shelf. This is after lovely painted walls so im taking my time lol. Printedif photos and got lively moden frames for a picture wall. Mums back tomorrow at 4 so i have an extra day to tiddle thankfully. Have a nice sunday Mel xx

Wow! You could have your own home make over programmed! Thanks, my Sunday was spent sorting Uni accommodations for my son. We'd been told he had a p,ace on campus only to recurve an email yesterday saying, "Oops!".
 
Thats awfull Mel is there any way you can force the issue due to already being placed and your budget being allocated as such he couldnt afford to go if they dont honour it. ;)

Hi Mel sorry been so absent. When Mum came back i still had many mini jobs to do such as wire running and cable buying. Also the night mum came home we called an Ambulance. Mums had this problem.about a year where shes randomly sick when eaten as the food wont go down but yhis time the pain was escrutiating and Mum would never call for help so i know how bad she must if been. Anyway straight to gp next day she rushed a referal through and were in for an internal Camera wensday..... ( I cant moan on that one im gobsmacked the speed of care.) So since Monday ive been mum orientated and only let go of the red light brain status yesterday. Today i went to a massive bootsale its so hot!! I feel grubby. Then tonight my DJ buddy has a gig so i will go along. Food wise ive not been terrible but no way i could organise anything so its been on the run foods. Bowls if cereals, pre packed sarnies and yeap bars choclate. I havent lost on.tge scales but ive toned loads im surprised! And i just brought size 14 jeggings so im a little chuffed. If i could only concentrate now for the remaining 2 weeks i could shift a few lb im sure as i have an Arse to remove yet :). Xx
 
Feeling back on track and very pleased with my body results of the Diy work out.
Amazingly i already see the difference in stopping! So maybe i need to add the shred in again just a couple times a week.

Bern Having CFS air hunger the last 2 weeks but these last 3 days its to scarey and like im suffocting.
All i want to do is sleep but a full week ahead and Off to pick up GD in a bit.

I wieghed yesterday at 12st 1, 6 oz which wasnt nice to read but hey ho the plan was to loose wieght and i have 3 more weeks :)

The toning looks a good avenue to thou will dilute the diet worry chatter box a tad.

Mel im thinking about sending some photos to speacialists of mums foot regarding a big outgrowing lump. At the moment shes kind of been left with a well we dont know what it is and they have said its strange and she has pain and is becoming less mobile due to it.
The closest answer was its a calouse but now its growing rapidly.
If you have any knowledge of speacialists even in other countries please let me know.
Just trief to add a pick but it wouldnt work.
Hope you decorating looks mighty fine :)

Call NHS direct and self-refer her to a podiatrist. Take a photo and measure the growth, then redo it in a week -- if there has been significant change call her doctor and insist she be referred for a biopsy. Have they x-rayed it?
 
Doc reffered for Biopsy on arm lumps and they cleared with dapsone. Then feet started but threy say feet are different thing. Ive got photos ready.
Scans are done but theyve just extended her appiontment z month as the doc on leave. Im trying to tell them that mum is loosing her spirit to go out and at 82 its a bad sign as she lives to be out. I was going to look for soneone who would be more attentive to her pain and possible answers?
 
I think you should push for another referral -- this can't wait two months. If you were going to go private -- unless she has insurance it's very expensive.

As the appointment weve been holding out for on the 13th Aug is pointless, its been made by mistake by rheomatoid doctors clinic. After they checked it wasnt rhemotoid nodules mum was released.
We should of by now had podiatry app for shoes and! we are also back under dermotology but niether knew as mums been sat in rehomatoid tray for August since April!

Always trust a gut feeling and i'm so cross but luckily sent an email reg concerns and lack of support with photos to mums dermotology before knowing this.
Her dermotologist is back in tomorrow so the cogs should move now.
Although We still have the unknown object result thou.
Due to this it does make me wonder if we should link over to private health. It is pricey if theres an end and a result it may be worth it.
