Do I have to reach my 5% target by week 7 as per my tracker card? It means I've got 3 weeks to loose 8lbs and at the current rate of knots I don't think I will.
The scales at home in the morning (with pjs) say 18st2lbs. If I weigh in the evening I weigh 18st6lbs (I could do it from here if I really tried). I know about gain during the day etc etc. I didn't loose as much last week I think because I didn't eat as much as I could.
I'm worried! And I'm trying! Sticking to it 100%!! I'd have to loose 13lbs in 7 weeks- doable at 2lbs a week! But this isn't what I've been doing?! What will happen if I don't hit this? Help please?!
