lovely day so far - cinema to see Oz with my BFF and our kiddies (hence the hotdog) and then to lunch with hubby (hence the curry and chips - i was hungry!) and now i'm off for a shower and then i'll start prepping dinner (hairy biker's crispy chicken with a baked potato). will post the precious screencaps with today's at some point...
 
chocolate is dangerous. i was able to stop at one line to start with... but then one line became two, two became three... no more chocolate for me. too tempting.

the quick added calories is the tesco cafe chip-shop chicken curry, it wasn't in the database and i didn't have the patience to add it :p
 
it's gorgeous, nice level of spice to it but without too much heat :D

tonight we did the bolognese with shredded boiled cabbage instead of pasta and OMFG it totally does work! i'm a convert, i won't have bolognese with pasta again (unless it's someone else making ofc, wouldn't want to be rude). i did MY bolognese though, hence the slight calorie difference.

i would usually go "shame, did the ice-cream go first?" but... we're dieting :(

you can claim on your insurance for the contents, usually - hope it helps you restock!

brekkie was gorgeous btw, well worth the calories.
 
if you go according to the recipe without changing anything then i'd trust their cal count. after all, MFP allocates calories to my black coffee with sweetener - i think it overestimates sometimes. you can find the HB recipes in the database - that should help?

MIL is here for a week... bye bye diet. hoping for at least a STS on friday and not a gain!

we did the cumin veg tonight, but it wasn't as good as last time i did it... think i need to tweak the recipe and use a touch more oil to really get the spices coating all the veggies.
