Thanks hon x Will have to plan some more cos i was lazy tonight and had hot chicken sandwiches with lurpak spreadableAlthough I did use Weightwatchers bread so not too bad i suppose. Do you know what Slimming World Curry and Slimming World Chips are? Heard them mentioned and fancied making them.
Also, I might be mistaken but I replied to a Nicholas, seemed to be the only male on here, but not seen any posts from him for a while. He's prob been frightened off with all the talk of periods, pills, pmt etc, poor guy!! Bet he wondered what he let himself in for when he joined this group! :sigh:
Targets (In black when completed) :
12 stone zone reached - 4lb
Half a stone reached - 7lb
Lost 5% of Body Weight - 9.5lb
One stone lost - 14lb
Lost 10% of Body Weight - 18.5lb
Lost half of desired weight loss - 23lb
Lost 20% of Body Weight - 37lb

There is a recipe section which is great & some people post their pictures of food on there. Also at the top (in the blue bit) there is a search option, click that go advanced & put in the key words i.e chips & search SW for it...if you get stuck shout..
