Well i have got 7 and a half months to LOSE WEIGHT! As i start uni in September and i really dont want to go to uni looking like i do atm :cry:
I weigh 13 stone 5 atm and my current goal is 10 stone by the time i start uni! I was wondering....do you think this is doable?
For my diet i am just healthy eating and starting from next week i am going to join the gym. My problem is i always get so far and i put it all back on
but i think the fact that i've got uni will give me a big reason to not quit!!
Anyway just looking for opinions really
