As for the photograph, I wonder if it's really sunk in how much weight you've lost? Are you seeing yourself now as still big? If you're anything like me, you still think you're heavier/fatter than you really are. If I were to go clothes shopping now, I'd still pick up 16's and 18's!!! I KNOW I'm thinner now...but I just haven't got used to it yet Don't know why that is.

Yes, I did feel like I was going to pop! Hehe! Kinda back on plan...
Am going to work with James today, up his auntie and uncles, tractor work, so I have made us a big lunch to take and have crisps and choccy bix as my syns! So as long as his auntie doesn't bring us out loads of food! Hehe!

Not too bad for me! Sat in the passenger seat in the tractoe - with air con sept the speakers are buggered and have to thump it every few minutes to get it working again!
It is lovely! On a bit of land called Ditchling Common. Which is pretty much right on the downs!
What is everyone else up to today??

Oh now I'm jealous!
I've had my shower, cleaned the bathroom, done 2 loads of washing and got them on the line, cut gwyns hair, and cleaned the carpets.
Next I'm going to clean the kitchen floor (a job I hate with a passion), do some raking and weeding in the garden, make a sw meatloaf for tomorrows dinner, and sort tonites tea out

Dawn - all i can say is dear lord its Saturday chill out lol but then again think of all the body magic!
Im at the horrible place called work finish in a hour, then Im going home to do the evil womens workout (Jillian Michaels!) still aching from Wednesday lol then Im going back to bed!

Right, I feel crap - eaten way to much at the Harvester, then a bag of Malteasers! I think I have finally got my binging out the way! My Dad asked what had got into me earlier as i'm never normally like this with my food!! Hope its out my system now!
Had a lovely afternoon with James, though my bottom was rather sore as it was a plastic seat in the tractor - not comfy! Must remember to take a cushion tomorrow as it will be more bumpy as we are corn carting and the lane really needs resurfacing! Not even my car likes it Though maybe be lucky, might be in the tractor we started with today with the comfy passenger seat.
Anyway! I cannot wait until Tuesday - getting this bloody bandage off and the stitches out. They are really starting to itch and it is soo frustrating! And I will be starting swimming again on Wednesday though will only go in the health suite in the little pool and hot tub!

And she likes laying right by the fire in the winter, but this is the first time she has ever done this - don't worry, we did move her after the picture was taken
And then the 4 Labradors - Purdy, Kizzie, Katie and Ruby
Then he's still got another Jack Russel a Border Collie and another Labrador

Oh of course - Buddy is my handsome chappy how old is Bertie? Buddy is 9 and a half
Got my cushion today, although we're in the tractor with the comfier seat! Hehe! I feel a bit useless though as I can't get out and help.. Hey ho! Am currently sat out on the trailer reading my Harry Potter book!
Gosh Renate - 25 acres by hand madness! I really miss farming did it at college and couldn't get a job in the line that I wanted to go into never mind eh? Love my job I got now
Am totally back on it today
Had watermelon for breakfast! Then a satsumer later on. Got to james' and had a ham salad sandwich on one bit of brown bread (HeB and 800g loaf) and 2syns for mayo. Went to have some edam out the fridge, but didn't as I don't this its a HeA? Only HeB on Green but please correct me if I'm wrong also went to have some italian sliced sausage out the fridge but stopped myself. Foor with me this afternoon I got a pack of mango and a pack of watermelon, thinking about it now though, neither of them are superspeed or speed foods.. Never mind! Got a roast dinner tonight so about 4 syns for gravy and 6 for oil and meat and second HeB
