I hope all is well with you and you are having a lovely weekend. I am going to have to have a Tuesday WI this week as my bro doesn't have any scales! Shame on him. (probably because he doesn't need to worry about his weight *sigh*). I'm really hoping for a loss but my bro has been spoiling me by taking me out so i'm going to have to keep my fingers crossed and make good decisions. Take care x x x

Afternoon all.
Just a quite update because i desperately want to go round and catch up on all your diaries too.
So far i've had a lovely time with big bro! It was a very spur of the moment kind of thing so that was really nice.
We have found the sofa it is lovely and in some kind of deal as well which is always a bonus. We spent about 2.5 hours sitting on about a 100 sofas as he didn't really have a fixed idea of what he wanted. We sat on some hilarious massage chairs as well. There was even one that claimed it would make you lose a dress size in 8 weeks. I don't doubt it either! It was like a bucking rodeo thing so i'm sure you would spend most of the time feeling/being sick.
We rules out recliner ones fairly early on and have come up with a really nice leather 2 and 3 seater sofa. He is unsure at the moment between getting a dark brown or black leather sofa. Any suggestions? They are half price plus he has an extra 20% off card. So not a bad buy on the whole and they are so comfy. They are really deep and you just sink into them. I think i might have to move up here just for the sofas...and to see my brother of course. It's weird how well we get on when we were young we used to fight all the time, but he's awesome really

I think i prefer the dark brown but the majority of his lounge is cream, black and like brown so i'm not sure if it will fit in as well with the colour scheme. Anyway i'll leave that will you all.

personally i would go for black everytime, but then always was a bit of a goth!! i just think most colours go with black,but then i'm not a brown fan...oh and i dont live in your house LOL
like the idea of a sofa that helps you loose a dress size in 8 weeks, would be able to let Ian sit on it tho cos he's skinny enough already!! luckily we have a floor he could sit on!

Yeh the dress size chair would be awesome but it didn't look very comfortable and definitely wasn't worth it's hefty price tag.
We went for the very dark brown one in the end. It was almost black but just a shade warmer. I don't know how much sofas normally are but it seemed like a good price. Can't wait to furnish my house. We are just about to watch slumdog millionaire now so that will be good/ Hope you are all having an enjoyable afternoon/evening. x x x

Thought i'd give you a quick update on what i've been up to.
Firstly i am absolutely thrilled about the cracking result at Lords! Freddie Flint you are my hero!!! I also love Strauss! What an awesome first innings. Yay cricket!!(Sorry M it's out of my system now until the next time...)
My bro has gone into work today so like a good little sister i have been tidying his house!! I think i surprised even myself!
I have been very well behaved today food wise as i think we are going out for dinner tonight which could be painful as my bro is going to buy some scales for his house so i can weigh myself tomorrow (although it might be different to my ones at home which i am returning to on Wednesday do you think it's worth it?) They have some WW on special offer at Argos at the moment for £14.99 which didn't seem too bad.
So so far today i've had...
B - Mornflake cereal + milk (3.5) - which btw i highly recommend on offer at Asda only £1!!! YUM.
S - apply (0.5)
L - chicken noodle salad (3.5)
So at the moment i have 19.5 left to eat! Yum!

Pints of water are very good for you but very boring! I shall be frantically drinking gallons of it b4 weds weigh in in the vain hope of flushing some of the bad food out!
Tilly is not stupid..she has a bed we call the cat hut(its quite small & shaped like a little house with paw prints on) which she escapes into when she knows im trying to have a look at her poorly head. Well unless you pick the thing up & tip her out of it you cant get her out & she knows it,so she is in there & refusing to move...so i am keeping an eye on her to see when nature calls then i can grab her & have a look. x

Yeh they are pretty boring but it kept me full till dinner so i am quite proud of myself for not caving for the penguin i know it's only 2.5 points but i feel good about resisting the temptation.
Aww i wouldn't worry too much about it this week my love you will be able to sort it next week if needs be. It's your birthday week (yes i think people should have a whole week!!
