I have seen some on Amazon, i have a couple coming this week for pens & member cards.
I have used the Plasticboxshop for boxes before and they were very good.

Both are good examples for before I think but personally I think the first 'after' photo that shows more of you is a better one to use rather than the second which is a bit closer in. Fantastic transformation!
