Lol I seem to be craving all the wrong things today - crisps and chocolate - very odd! Off to the future mother in laws shortly which isnt good - she's very sabotaging with diets, so need to stay strong - everything is slimming world friendly because I am cooking it with other half and his sister (also on SW) but there's always bowls of chocolate and treats around the house - but I'll do just fine :)

I agree with you all about the mid week scale hoping so will try to stop myself!!! Didn't have the takeaway or the sweets so no damage done thanks to your pep talks. Lunch sounds nice for you today Emmey will look forward to hearing how the cheesecake turns out, haven't tried the chocolate philly. Have a good week everyone.
 
Think I might be a bit guilty of eating past full the past few meals - I just can't help it lol I love food - but I was stupidly full after lunch which was yummy! Need to try and kerb that bad habit this week! Stop when full even if yummy food is left

I also have eyes bigger than my belly -( no really it can happen!) and portion control is shockingly bad! So going to address that this week too as its too much for one human to take - in eating the same amount of food as I did when I was 2.5 stone heavier so that can't be right and might explain if I don't see a loss this week - but hey / one week out of my life to realise what I'm doing wrong isn't half bad!

Food tomorrow:

Breakfast
Pear and satsuma

Lunch mixed salad
Ham slice and 2 rivita

Dinner
Sticky chicken chips and veg

Snacks are fruit as always :)

It was so nice! Made one with quark so didn't need to eat full fat soft cheese, it worked out at 10 syns for a ramekin size one which is a lot but perfect for a real treat - syns well spent!

Well I feel huge today - really full and bloated. I'm making a conscious effort this week to check my portions and to stop when full - I think that could get in my way this week at WI - not that I'm at all worried as one little WI out of the rest of my life is nothing - it's great to have the WI as it gives me a bit of a progress report - I'm not stressing over losing or not this week though - but do think I've over eaten on more than one occasion - which isn't deadly really as I could be scoffing all sorts - but like I said earlier in probably still eating the same size portions I was when I was 2.5 stone heavier so need to reduce I think! Will start tonight!

Emmey my plates are the size of dustbins lids. I eat huge portions! lol Mind having said that, if I look at my plate it's always at least 1/2 full with veg. Tell ya what though, as time goes on I'm finding I'm wanting less and leaving some on the plate :eek: - weird? lol Tell ya summat else too, if I did EE i would deffo deffo deffo have to cut my portions down.

See! I think that's the thing - my food isn't necessary veg full - I struggle to get my 3rd veg on plate which means although it free food it's not as good as it could be - I've found myself being full after less food but still wanting to eat it which is a no no! Lol

Not particularlylylyly! I can do mushrooms quite well lol but I don't enjoy much else - I eat it cause I have to not cause I enjoy it - fruit is better I can do fruit all day long - :)

I love all veggies, but there's only so many fruits I like to eat. Detest apples.....unless they're stewed and on roast pork! lol
