The chippy one apparently! She just syns the pitta - ill check with her as I don't want to lead any of you astray but I'm 90% it's right - the lamb donna isn't free tho - but there's a home made vision just as nice

Just had a call from my C who recently said this chicken meat debate popped up recently and she's not had proper confirmation yet as it used to be marked as free but may not be as of recently - so perhaps hold off on that - as for me I've had it a few times during the weeks I've had a good loss so now and then doesn't hurt

Morning Saturday!

No lie in - ear woke me up and now in just awake so will get out of bed shortly

Food today

Well who knows! lol it's shopping day so I can have whatever the blimmin eck I like!
I need to look for some new lunch ideas as im getting bored and not quite feeling it - I do need to have maybe a little salad starter though - gone mad with fruit the past week so could do with switching to veg

Plans. Today we're cut the grass and tackle a big three in our garden with a chain saw mugahshsha!! But it's pee'd it down and I'm still feeling sorry for myself and my diseased ear so will save it got next week - might squeeze some painting in

Rightyo - see if I can drift off back to sleep for an hour otherwise up I get!

Makes perfect sense now

I cant find my kebab meat recipe - have you got it handy???

1lb lean Minced Lamb
1 small Onion
1tspn dried Oregano
1tspn dried Thyme
1tspn sea salt
quarter tspn black pepepr
2tspns Minced or crushed Garlic

Smushed all together really hard so no air pockets - form to a loaf shape and oven for 40-60 till cooked
