Thanks for tracking me down Ly! Lol yes been back since Wednesday but in lectures Wednesday and yesterday so it's been nice to ease back into it - the dizzy thing is reducing each day which makes me happy and in turn I don't notice it so much even when it is there
phew!
All good here and been back on plan 100% since Wednesday night, food has been this:
Thursday, breakfast - pear and satsuma
Low fat super noodles and yoghurt at 11am
Lunch at 1 was tuna in a Pitta followed by a satsuma and kiwi fruit
Dinner was Donna meat and chips (home made)
Today:
Pear and the new cherry bake well alpen light bar - which I won't be eaten again - yuck!
Snack at 11 - satsuma and kiwi
Lunch - home made cottage, or is it shepherds pie? It's made with extra lean beef mince so is that cottage pie? Lol anyway it's got mash and tomatoes and carrots inside
Followed by some melon if needed
Dinner is sweet chilli chicken and chips - then im rushing off with a friend to get the food shopping in for our CDWM party this Saturday - I'm so excited! However at some point tonight I need to eat, shop, finish a poster for the night, re-dye my hair, and finish up a few things for the party
Saturday will be on plan and no syns all through the day (had low syns yesterday and today)
The food i am making for the dinner party isn't SW but isn't really bad food either - soup to start - lamb main - only naughty thin there is the pastry the lamb will be cooked in - and the desserts of course but I'll only have a little - plus I'll stick to vodka so all in all ill flexible syn Saturday night and get back on it Sunday morning without fail - will still expect a loss this week.
