1 slice wholemeal (1/2 HEB) spread with kerry lowlow mature cheddar spread with boiled egg (1/3 HEA) folded into a sandwich

Couple of pieces of Bf's doner meat (2.5 syns)

Failed again at the 5 syn rule, think coz I've told myself not to go over I want to more lol. Going to realy try stick to plan now, if i do i will have had 54.5 syns over 7 days,the average of which is just less then 8 per day so still not bad, alot less than usual :)

Bought some portobello mushrooms on the way to work this morning, look how huge they are :) ive never tried this type before so looking forward to trying them, going to make up some sort of cheesy garlic concoction for a snack after tea

Just been to the £1 shop and found these ww apple pie bars :) 4 syns each, im testing my willpower not to eat one now, going to have next week after weigh in, hope they are tasty. Think ill warm up in microwave num num

Going to make the scotch eggs i planned to make last week today if time permits and no random plans occur, will be using morrisons NuMe sausages 8 syns in total with 2 slices wholemeal (HEB) for breadcrumbs not sure how many ill get out of the sausages but going to aim for 1 sausage per egg making them 1 syn each. May include some kerry lowlow slices wrapped round the eggs to make them part HEA :)

Sausage meat not as good as joes for staying together, quite a few of them split open but still tasty :) i do prefer my joes though plus they're syn free

2 Chicken pieces from yesterday with iceberg lettuce and asda wholemeal pitta (HEB)
2 more scotch eggs (2 syns)

then pigged out :( had 2 bowls of cereal , lots of maltesers, pack of walkers crisps and some gummy sweets dont know the syns but hopefully not too bad seen as i had 50 spare

Total syns = 3.5 + cereal, choc, crisps & sweets

So had my first real naughty weekend/week in a while and feeling really bad :( even though im 2 lb under target i still dont like the thought of putting on weight, going to really try this week, have a couple of obsticles but i know about them before hand so can plan, Meal out on Tuesday for a lady whos leaving work, caravan for the weekend, Friday - Sunday with my bf and our friends who are a couple :) looking forward to that there will be lots of drinking :) so need to make sure i have food prepared, but going to try and be prepared for all eventuallitys this week, I feel like im on a slippery slope after giving in to temptation after temptation this weekend and i need to break it before the mind set of 'ill start again monday' sets in... and what better day to do that than on a monday lol. Going to try keep to minimum syns this week so i have some lee way for slip ups at the weekend. Also want to make sure i have some red day meals to take with me to the caravan as when im out i can have fish and not worry :) going to see if i can make some meatballs like a couple of week ago again.
