... ok after dinner on Friday it all went abit wrong been at the bfs who had house full of sweets and crisps :/ also had half a pizza from takeaway

weighed myself this mrnin and looks like ive put on 3lbs!

grr tis now star week though so hoping the damage can be sorted for next week , expecting a gain at weigh in tmoro boo hoo starting again from today
....ok so didnt exactly stick to my word Grrr stupid bank holiday!, started off ok..

space raiders crisps
about 6 bourbon biscuits 
and some maoam sweets
im so naughty and its weigh in tomorrow grrr im mad at myself, really am going to be good tomorrow!!!!!!!!
