Well done on the walk - I am not doing it today as I have got a really bad pain in my calf muscle, don't know why - having a lazy day today.:)

My breakfast was gone before I even thought to take a picture haha but here is my lunch:

As you can see I decided to add some tomatoes in too. It was delicious and so filling!
 
Im having chilli and rice for tea today xx Been naughty and not had any lunch but I'm just not hungry :(
 
I have the same for breakfast every day - porridge, fruit and yogurt.:)

Just had a salad and now enjoying a mug of hot chocolate - real lazy day.

I am a total pasta-fiend...I have pretty much eaten it every day the past few weeks! x

Well didn't stay hungry for long lol xx just demolished a ham & tomato sandwich and tucking into a orange now lol
 
Quick update before I leave for Aberdeen - will try to get on over the weekend!

B - weetabix (HExB) with ss-milk (HExA) and chopped banana
L - mackerel in tomato sauce with chopped peppers
D- grilled chicken with side salad & dressing (4 syns) (Simply Skinny option from restaurant menu, under 500kcal!)
Snacks - fruit, possible dessert type thing to use up my remaining 6 syns!

Syns - 10
Calories - approx 1400

Morning - it did work :)

Do you eat the peppers raw ? When I make Gazpacho soup I have to cook the peppers first and let them go cold or they repeat on me for ever. :sigh:

Aww that's not good!, I do have them raw. I quite like the crunch.
Hoping WI tomorrow night will be kind to me!!

B - 2 weetabix (HExB)with ss-milk (HExA), chopped banana and a green tea.
L - Frankie&Benny's spaghetti oceana (no cheese), salad dressing (4 syns)
D - low fat chilli chicken supernoodles with mackerel in tomato sauce
Snacks - mullerlight, grapes, curly wurly(6 syns)

Syns -10
Calories -1400 approx

L - Smoked salmon sushi pack from tesco(3 syns) & a banana
D - Low fat thai sweet chilli super noodles with red onion & tomato added
Snacks - 4 melba toast (2 syns), 3 crackerbread (3 syns), 25g dairylea light (2 syns) & a muller light strawberry yogurt (free!)

Syns = 10
Calories = approx 1300

Now, I'm not long back from Aberdeen so gonna squeeze a wee 2 mile Leslie Walk in before weigh in tonight & fingers crossed those scales show a loss!!

Thank you both - 1.5lbs lost. Pretty pleased with that :)

I did have a good time in Aberdeen thanks. Apart from going out for fokdwe also went to see the new Planet of the Apes film. It was quite good, once you get over how bizarre the concept is lol x
