A Healthier Lifestyle Quest!!

Oh wow, those sound lovely. I'll see if I can pick some up next time I'm there.

Yeah, I reckon I'll stay with the 2 mile walk for quite a bit. Your aerobics class sounds hardcore - circuits are intense lol x

Just been looking for the price of the yogurt as I have lost the bill and elsewhere on Minins it says they are syn free and better than Muller - they also do Strawberry and Coconut - all free.

It's definitely the best structured plan I've been on...and I've tried a fair few lol! Only downside for some folk I guess is the restriction on bread & certain dairy (mainly cheese, obv!) but I've never been a huge bread fanatic so coping just fine on that front :) x

The free food was my downfall - if it says "free" then I will eat it in large quantities and find I eat a lot less food now which on Green days were free i.e. lentils and chickpeas which are quite calorific.

Just been to Aldi - they are 99p for pack of 4 - I have put another photo on my diary so you can see what you are looking for.

See I love bread but I have been trying to cut back. Its just finding a replacement for it really. And I love cheese, especially feta and goats cheese. X Sent from my GT-I8190 using MiniMins.com mobile app

I really miss fresh loafs of bread with cheese :( being unable to have gluten has helped me as I can't have any of it now so I just don't even think about it... much x

Morning everyone.

I'm going to walk to the shops today to get some much needed fresh fruit & a few other things! So that'll be a half hour walk all in plus I'll do the 2 mile Leslie Walk when I get back :)

Food for today:

B - Fruit'n'Fibre with ss-milk (HExA & B)
L - Omelette with added red onions & cheese (4 syns), some salad on side
D - Spaghetti bolognese
Snacks - fruit! lots of lovely fruit! I'm thinking grapes & strawberries for definite. Plus if I'm peckish before bed I'll have 4 melba toast (2 syns) & some dairylea light (2 syns)

Syns = 8
Calories = approx 1300

Dinner last night ended up just being some grilled chicken & baked beans as dad couldn't be bothered cooking by the time he got home (traffic from Commonwealth Games). And as he is the Spag Bol King he got up early this morning to make it in stead so all I need to do later is heat it up and cook some pasta to go with it. He's a good'un!

Hope you all have a lovely day x

Do you eat Sugar Free Jelly - when I was in Aldi yesterday they have them for 23p against Hartleys a 34p and Asda own brand at 38p. Made one last night and they are great.

Fruiiiit!! No strawberries so settled on grapes & nectarines.

I do like sugar free jelly, that's a good buy! We'll be at Aldi tomorrow I think so will pick some up then. Maybe mix some grapes in too haha x

Fruit was def needed in this heat! It's about 23 degrees at the moment here and rising - not what I'm used to. Had to slap on the factor 50 before walking to the shops haha.

How is the weather elsewhere? :) x

lunch2.jpg

Slight change to my planned lunch - ham & egg salad with light mayo in stead. Wanna keep my cheese for sprinkling on my spag bol later :p.

Only have grapes & nectarines in at the minute but going a proper big food shop tomorrow so strawberries will be mine!x
