Hello everyone. Hope you are having a good weekend. I was a bit silly last night & had 3 beers at my aunt & uncle's. They also made me dinner that was cooked in oil (not fry light!!) but I'm hoping I haven't undid any of my losses the past few weeks. Right back on it today. And to be fair, it was hardly a blow out! I just don't want to become complacent - nowhere near content with my body so the hard work must continue! B - 1 weetabix (half HExB) with ss-milk (HExA) & banana L - sweet & sour mug shot & vanilla muller light D - steamed chicken, veg & potatoes Snacks - strawberries, tangerine & alpen light (other half of HExB) Syns = 0 (to make up for the beers/oil last night!) Calories = approx 1400
Oh dear... *creeps in back door* I have had the worst off-plan weekend since I started Slimming World! Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow at all. I am suspecting at least a 2lb gain. I'm due my TOTM so that hasn't helped... I did wear a pair of zip & button up shorts out today that I hadn't been able to fit in for years so all is not lost: <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=154139"/> Plan of action for the week is to re-read my SW books and be 100% as I can.
