Although it does not state on the website, he has sent his slimmers meat choices off to slimming world and had them approved. I can vouch for the syn free sausages they are lush!!!! As you can see I get all my meat from there!

Not sure if there's a Rep of Ireland supplier on this list but McArdles Butchers in Charlesland in Finglas has Slimming world approved Burgers, sausages and other items. They're called Slimmers Choice. Think they're based in Dundalk as well.

Hello

Bonds Butchers on Carlton Hill sell syn free sausages and burgers. I nipped in this morning and they have a good range of burgers lamb, pork & beef with different flavours. I got some Boston sausage and American burgers.

He also has a stall on the markets in southampton (SE) on a wednesday in bitterne precint and in southampton town centre on a saturday. He also does romsey aswell.

Burgers are easy enough to make, great with laughing cow in the middle.

Proper sausages on the other hand, how I miss them. Quorn just aint the same and the diet ones in Morrisons are naff. Will have to try the M + S ones next. Roll on tmmrw and Joe's order, better be good!

Do any of the other supermarkets do an edible syn free sausage?

I quite like the Bowyers low fat ones, think they are 0.5syns each (can't remember, it's been a long time since I've been able to get to Asda which is the only place I know that sell them near me).

Another butchers is Shepleys in Market Drayton, Shropshire. He sells 2 sorts of SW sausages and some burgers. His meat is also good. Hope this helps someone. Liz
