Morning all day 23 has been and gone and today I start day 24 long bank holiday weekend so gonna be a tough one being at home rather than work but I know we can do it

Still loving this diet and still 100% on it hope you all have a good day today and stay strong

Well day 24 done and dusted onto day 25 tomorrow and shopping with the kids for clothes shud be fun

Worked our I reckon if u go by 1 stone a month loss I shud be close to my weight at Xmas I know it seems a long way off but hey I been doing this almost 4 weeks now so only another 28 weeks or so to go lol
Been feeling good today bit tires bit think that's due to oh waking me up at stupid o clock more than anything else so I bid thee all a good night sweet dreams to u all not literally sweet of course lol xxxxx H

Imagine those pictures of new years eve, toasting the new you and saying goodby to the old the time will fly by and although it so sounds a long time it's nothing compared to how king you'll be thin and healthy for!! Am so exited to see everyone achieve their dreams x kick day 26's ass like you have the rest x

Only picture I have of me is on my fridge its my fat picture I'm like u ladies I hate having my pic taken oh and I have taken one on my phone from when I started this so I can do the before and after pictures to show how flipping good I will look

Day 25 has begun just had me shake and now off to Cheshire oaks with the kids for a bit of retail therapy have fun ladies and we are all doing amazing and are all strong woman who will beat this battle with the bulge once and for all xxx
