Don't feel comfortable too heavy yet but can't wait till I can will take kids Rhyl or northgate arena used to love swimming

I love it too ESP the weightlessness I went even at 20st hated getting in and out of pool as felt self Conscious but once in loouuurrrved it still do! must get back into it V SOON!

Yes indeed we are I'm loving it scared bout weigh in tomorrow though don't feel any different do u drink loads before WI or not a lot ? I had almost 2 litres last week before I went but not sure whether to drink less tomorrow then drink more when I get home ?

What time is weigh in chick mine is 9.30 leave at like quarter to nine so not much chance of swigging to much lol and I don't feel like i lost anything this week if I honest lol xxxx

Ok I will I have done rest of the weigh ins I suppose so long as I pee before I get weighed I shud be ok lol
