Mum bought me the yellow one

That's the new one, it's great. I did the sausage & onion gravy last night & am doing the meatloaf tonight. Their recipes are fab x

Not going into work today still stuffering from the tango, definitely better than yesterday.

Still not feeling 100% but will definitely start tomorrow.

Going shopping later to get some healthy food.

Spent yesterday throwing out any food which was more than 5% fat - could not believe how much stuff I had that was over 5%
