OMG this thread is hot!!! glad its inspiring everyone! (that was the plan)!!! All you ladies look like you have been working really hard, even if you have been breathing in lol! i thought to myself that i would post an updated shot when the thread gets to 5 pages but its happened so quickly, so i'll put me mid way one on (its been on me diary but its on me laptop so mitght as well re-post) and new one at a later page or when im not in me pj's ha ha lets see!!

I have been into the gadget graveyard and resurrected my food processor, garlic press, salt and pepper grinding mills and got rid of the juice maker lol

Like many others I avoid photos below the neck! But now and again Al sneaks one into his file before I delete. Will be brave and post a before.

Can I just say HOW BLIMMEN INSPIRING this thread is !! and how HAPPY does everyone look in their after shots!! I just wish it was easier for everyone to stay slim and happy. Here's mine BEFORE (its a bad photo as I had to crop the rest of the group out) I was 78Kg here the most I ever weighed (2009 I think).

And this is me this June (68kg)

I know I've already posted one before photo, the christmas dinner one. however, Mum & Dad visited on Sunday and i was saying to mum about the pictures and I showed her one of me in a top I have worn through a couple of sizes as it stretches. I was wearing it on Sunday whilst they were here, and so Mum said, come on then lets take a pic.

I got my DD to stand next to me again and we tried to remember the pose so we could see the difference. I can tell by my face, hips and the gap at my elbow LOL,

First pic taken last year when we sold our car and wanted a memory. Second pic taken on Sunday. They are almost exactly a year apart.



The other differences apart from DD being taller LOL, is the crops are a size apart, am now fully in to a size 22 trousers, a drop from 24 and my tops (though this one is the same) is a size lower too.
