Yes im pretty happy
If i now only loose 3lbs a week until December I will loose another 18lbs, which will effectively mean nearly 4.5 stone in the 12 weeks Im pretty chuffed.

I'm good thanks, had a busy day, was up at 5.30am to go to a networking breakfast meeting, then a full day in the office now! i'm just backing up my work then planning to go home! =0)
This morning, when i was up at stupid o'clock, i actually had a look through some of the boxes in my wardrobe and found my old favourite trousers which i haven't fitted into for four years (at least!!) i got them on, they were just a tiny bit snug, but i reckon in a week or two they will be fab!!! and i cannot wait to get back into them... =0) but also when i was going through the things, i found three pairs of brand new trousers, still with labels, that i reckon i should be able to get in in a few weeks!!! =0)
I'm so pleased... i was a bit worried, but now i have lots of lovely new clothes!!! I cannot wait to lose a few more pounds and then be able to wear them.... =0)
Not sure what's going to happen over the next few days, my little girl came home from pre-school today and they said she isn't herself and chicken pox is doing the rounds so they reckon she'll break out in that tonight!!! =0( oh well, we shall see.... at least it will be a lovely excuse for some cuddles with mummy... =0)

I am very excited.. honestly cant wait to walk into those shops. Im sure there will be a few photos up on facebook, and might even post a new start and now photo here
She is indeed having a fab day, lots of pressies and feels thoroughly spoilt, which was the idea

Saturdays do is fairly big, about 40 people going for afternoon tea and champagne at a posh hotel, its going to be great fun.

Well, thats another week nearly gone!
Its going fast isnt it!! Today was manic at work, but i see from facebook you where relaxing watching disney films
Sounds good to me!!Its an afternoon thing, meeting at 14.30. Really excited. Have just spent the evening learning different code for websites, my brain is awash with code! Im just out on a run now, to clear my head before coming back to attack some more coding.

I've been trying to up my exercise this week a little too, I've walked the kids to school each time and reckon its about 2 and a half miles with pick up and collections each day, fingers crossed it may help on weigh in day

Well its been a mad few days, thus the lack of posting on here. Wifes party went really well, but you know that
Had my weigh in earlier and am happy with the results, hoping to loose a steady 4-5lbs a week now, until december 4th. I cannot believe that i have been doing this for 7 weeks. It seems odd that i only have 5 weeks left. I remember week 2, when i was hoping to get to 4 weeks, lol!
Well, lots of inches this week, namely, 2 in total from my neck, and a grand 7.5 inches from my middle!! and 5 lbs weight loss

That's fantastic, well done!!! You deserve it. Sorry for being slack on here, just been so busy with work and received some bad news today regarding my grandma so am pretty manic. Saying that nothing is going to budge me!
