knee playing up so might not be updating this much for a bit, will still stay on track food wise and try get a bit of walking in but pissed of I cant go on bike.
 
Like I said James, better to have a couple of days off now and let it get better than have to take a couple of weeks off due to a bad injury later!!
 
I know you are right Laura it's just hard to not get on but know it's better for the long run.
 
I'n afraid I find it only too easy to resist the stationary bike, there might be a lesson for me here?

watched the raven, was pretty good, the devil inside looks quality, been waiting for that for months.
 
Sorry about your knee. It can be so demotivating when you want to exercise but can not. I agree with the others rest now rather than make it worse and have to be off it longer.
 
I want to see The Devil Inside but I get scared way too easily:eek::eek:
