knee playing up so might not be updating this much for a bit, will still stay on track food wise and try get a bit of walking in but pissed of I cant go on bike.
I'n afraid I find it only too easy to resist the stationary bike, there might be a lesson for me here?

Sorry about your knee. It can be so demotivating when you want to exercise but can not. I agree with the others rest now rather than make it worse and have to be off it longer.
