hey abz, sorry havent been reading as much the past few days. glad to see your feeling better, what way do you drink your water? i used to drink mine from a 500ml bottle and found i drank it quicker and more of ickkle tip!!!

i drink mine out of a litre bottle at work and a 75cl bottle at home. that seems to work pretty well. i'm already on the water today. i have gained a bit more today so i'm obviously retaining masses of water as i can't have on what i (didn't) eat yesterday so glug glug glug. i want another couple of lbs gone by tuesday to be below my pre-holiday weight!!
what is the plan for all of you today? i finished reading two books yesterday. i just read for the entire day. i do like doing that. although i have run out of new things to read now, ha. and they were tacky books. kind of like the mills and boon of the sci fi and fantasy world but hey. sometimes you just have the need to read tacky
i need to ring the town hall and arrange our intention to marry thing today. and also my venue to arrange a meeting with the wedding woman there to see how they do things...

hey abz, great to see you glgging away. water retention sucks! i love reading books aswell, but once i start i like to finish them to see what happens!!! i could read one is 3/4 days!!
Im not up to much just back there from dropping sophie to playschool have to collect her later then am cooking dinner for some familly later thats coming and i hate cooking with a passion!! so am gonna get organised now before i collect her and get the dishwasher empty and make sure i have all the ingredients!!! its a lovely sunny day here today cant find my sunglasses though which is pee ing me of!!

ha. well it isn't that sunny here. and there isn't anywhere i want to go to on my own... might see if there's a bus that goes from nearby to a big park i like to go to. would still rather go with someone but otherwise i'm going to stay stuck indoors all day. which i may do in any case. going to see eagle eye at the cinema tonight. woo. looking forward to that

I love reading books too - once I start I don't want to put it down, then get disappointed when it finishes!

Thanks guys. Well i noticed i haven't posted on here for a while. i am still not feeling top notch and i don't think i'm in ketosis at the moment. i don't think my body likes me much and i've had slightly more carby things than usual because it has helped to settle my stomach a wee bit.
I'm at work today but i only have three hours left to go and it has been a tad manic... at least the time has gone fast. my mum has travelled from scotland to see me and we are going out for tapas (again!!) tonight so i think it's going to be a small chicken salad for me. i can't believe the amount of times i've been out to eat recently... :S glugging the water like a maniac today. had one pack so far. am thinking about having a porridge in a mo.

tell me about it abz, ever since ive started trying to lose weight i seem to be going out to eat more than usual.
i wouldn't blame yourself about the carbs, it makes feeling sick a lot easier to handle if you have, say, a slice of bread. i hope the tapas are nice xxx

well guys. well and truly fell off the wagon last night. mum's last night here and things got a bit out of hand. ketosis is now a thing of the past i am still not 100% well either and possibly still contagious but here i am at work and feeling well enough to continue. so. day one of mega restart. sole sourcing until my next weigh in on tuesday and hoping that the 4lbs i have miraculously put on overnight will have vanished!! plus a bit more to give me a loss. so angry with myself but then you just keep plugging on.
on the up side my mum hasn't seen me since july and she was really really impressed with my weight loss. coming from my mum that is amazing as usually she says she can't tell and she was gobsmacked so i'm obviously not doing everything wrong.

have only managed one litre and two cups of coffee so far!! ha. will get at least one more litre down me tonight when i get home and it's a good start... already feel like i've been weeing for the country. i was drinking three litres a day last week some days
am feeling rather sorry for myself. the chap sitting behind me is eating lasagne and it smells amaaaazing!!

aww lasagne is my weekness. I made 2 last week and have one in the freezer will prob have it on friday. i can make a mean lasagne not bragging or anything! its hard when your trying to get by the 1st 1/2 days with people eating around you. as long as you get 2.5litres water in you should be grand x

i'm trying i get to leave work now. just waiting for OH. he'll be about 20 mins...
my head is starting to hurt too. waaargh. i'm going to be moping tonight. that's for sure!! ha. i think having a bar for brekkie is a bad idea as it makes me munchie. think i'll stick to the porridge from now on. only six more days of this. i'm cutting it down into small chunks so it doesn't seem quite so nasty!! ha. today is nearly over in any case. that's good
hope my mum got home ok. haven't heard from her as yet. it's a seven hour drive though so depends when she set off i suppose...
oh. and i might have a rather fancy international opera singer chap singing at my wedding if he's in the country and available. he's my cousin's fella. i didn't even think of that!! but of course it depends on whether he's singing anywhere else. i haven't met him in the seven years they've been together and would love to hear him sing!!

i won't know for quite some time. i'm going to talk to my cousin tonight and see if the guy actually wants to sing at my wedding as i don't know him at all. and then he won't know if he's going to be available for a while as it depends what bookings he gets. so i may have to hold off on booking musicians. i'll test the water tonight and see what happens. i just want him to come to the wedding. singing or not, and everyone keeps going on about how lovely he is and i haven't met him yet!! ha.
