hey guys. i'm back. and feeling woobly again with a big woo. walked to the uni, 45 mins for me all uphill. i should have known better. had to slow down considerably before i got there, ha. but was ok once i'd had a bit of water and then had a coffee and a bar. however, have just walked back. 35 minutes downhill and my legs feel like jelly. i don't think my body is ready for much movement on 450 cals a day yet... ah well. i had a nice time. in the end i could only meet one friend, who actually lives around the corner so comes to my house anyway.. ha. but i got to pop into the library and say hi to people in any case, so that was nice
am now contemplating what to do with the rest of my afternoon. i am here with a bouillon. i have two packs left to play with later on. i am REALLY looking forward to my ss+ day at the tapas place tomorrow, although it may end up being a bit more like 810 as i won't know exact portion sizes, but obviously will not be getting sauces or carby things. will stay in ketosis so that's fine. hoping for 3lbs gone this week as i have lost 2 already...
water intake has been naff. but am working on that now to get to my 2.5 litres before i go to bed.
might go in the bath with a book shortly

i wonder how much i have to lose to be overweight... one moment *scurries off to cambridge site...* going my my cdc's scales, which i do, i have to lose 13lbs. by my scales i'm already under 200lbs but my cdc's are nasty, ha. but i'm almost there. a couple more to go and i will be under the 200lb mark officially
