well, i'm trying to work out what i can make for the danish contingent for christmas. i was thinking about making a batch of mince pies or something to take for after christmas dinner. but i'm not convinced they would like them... bit stodgy, and christmas cake i'm sure is a no-go...
so... any suggestions? i was thinking perhaps chocolate truffles??
What about flavoured oils? Only need spices/herbs & vat of olive oil & some odd shaped jars. Even if they don't use it, it can look good on the kitchen side

yup. but only four a week jim. i'd rather do ten hour shifts and get an extra day off a week really. but it doesn't feel that way when you're shattered
