Bring on the gain for nxt week my arm is really sore so I had a caan of fat coke nd some fruit nd nut chocolate in bed now wit a book arm propped up on a cushion nd feelin really sorry for myself![]()

Only time ive ever got slimmer of the week was when i weighed at home before joining class - i got it every week then![]()
I was thinking the same thingI weigh in at home and should give myself SOTW on the weeks were I lose a half pound. Make myself feel better.
2.5 lb off for me this week, fab result for my first weigh in of the challenge, hopefully can keep it up and be at target for christmasx
