I'm starting this on Friday, I've been on the website and calculated that at first I'll eat 35% of my daily intake on DD, this gives me 794 cals on DD and 2268 on UD. I'll be having two DD a week.
I guess I'm wondering if anyone is on similar calories and is still losing weight? And only having two DD a week?
I know how it's supposed to work but it seems 2268 cals on an up day is too high. should I have less cals that stated on UD or stick as close to 2268 as possible?
I have 68lb to lose in total. I've lost 19lb's in the two weeks since my baby was born, I don't want to put on any weight eating to much on UP days. Tia x
