advice pls not convinced

7lb 13oz, she wasnt big. In the week after having her I was 16lb's down, then 3lb off last week x

That's brilliant work, your body is going through massive changes - just think how much your baby weighs compared to the weight you lose.... 2lb is a lot! And not to be quaffed at! X

Well my UP days this week have been more ID days, just the way its gone BUT today have had a DD and have had

Vanilla slimfast shake 230 cals
WW toast and spaghetti 242 cals
Cup of tea 31 cals
Total - 503 cals

Didn't quite manage the 500 cals but I'm pleased so far.

Is it okay to have a glass of Pepsi max later? x

Well I ended up having about 570 cals in the end, I needed a cuppa and had half a snack a jack as I was up late with the baby, I was so hungry by time she went down but all in all I think yesterday was a success.
I'm 2lb lighter than yesterday before my DD. I have another DD tomorrow as I weigh Thursday x

ooh I'll go have a peak, I'm goin to feel guilty as hell eating all my UP day calories today, but they say you have to eat them all. I just hope it doesn't make me gain x

I know I'm tryna think what I can eat for all that haha, Gunna make sure I have a proper breakfast to take some calories away lol x

Yeah I still think I'll use most my cals in the day on heavier foods, so that I can burn some of it off. I'm thinking pasta with garlic an herb Philly and cheese for lunch, with some melon and kiwi for desert x
