Just looked it up and it sounds similar to Hannah's way I guess? Which is what I've been doing this week and hadn't worked! I'm just don't think I can lose on JUDDDD - will come back to it to maintain though definitely :)

This is literally just my two cents, but do you normally weigh mid day? Even if you've only taken fluids it can add a couple of lbs

No I do normally weigh first thing in the morning but I wanted to wait until end of fast period! I guess you could be right? Thanks x

Mmmm not sure at all - I guess if I limited my calories in the 5 hours it might work but then im getting close to vlcd that way anyhow? Are you thinking about doing it? Xx

Like god knows right now torn between that ANC calorie counting!!!! Well fed up!!! But at least ur not heavier chick xxx

Maybe if u weighed this morn it would have been diff storey!!!!

I wish I had the answers for us all hun but the last stone is a killer x

If it had just been this week them yes I would have done that but this is 5 weeks now so...

I've decided back to CD until I run out and then see where I am at that point... So just under three weeks Sunday (decided to start at my moms that morning) xxx
 
Al, I'm so frustrated for you too but I simply can't believe that CD is the answer.

How about a week of not counting your UP calories; you have been uber strict this week (custard creams excepted! ;))

And, my love, don't forget you said you felt thinner/smaller this morning.

I just can't take any more weeks of sts - I need to get things moving now! I've waited long enough for JUDDDD to work and it just doesn't for me :-(

I will be back to JUDDDD to maintain definitely and will keep my diary going on here if you don't all mind? X
