Another UD today but I've just completed level 1 of the 30 day shred for the first time - OMG it was hard but I feel great now!! Who'd have thought I'd start to enjoy exercise??? :-D
 
What is this lark about 30 days shred doesn't sound terribly good for you. I hate excercise bleurgh

It Gillian from the Biggest Loser!! So you can imagine how hard it is!! But I've been running for 2 weeks now and I can really tell I'm getting more toned... This is next step!

So DD today :)

Oats So Simple and Blueberries - as late as possible 186 cals

WW chicken Soup 92 cals

4 crispbread 64 cals

2 laughing cow 40 cals

Total = 418 cals

Plus I'm doing Week 2 Day 2 of C25K today :)
 
Mmmm pouring down here so delaying my run until late afternoon - while I'm kinda enjoying the running I don't like it enough to go in the rain yet!! ;-)

Still raining so did 30 Day Shred instead - that's means I've exercised everyday this week! I'm feeling so virtuous and it does appear to have lifted my mood :) Good stuff x
 
Morning all,

I'm feeling really low today. I suffer from depression but it has been under control the last year or so but this week I'm really struggling - been up and down and today I just feel like curling up in a ball and crying.

I'm not sure why I feel like it - money is a bit tight but no more than usual and I'm on holiday so should be relaxing and enjoying myself but I feel more stressed than when I'm at work! I'm exhausted as I'm not sleeping

I'm really not sure what's going on in my head but I feel terrible today - lonely and upset :-(

Sorry for moaning ladies but not sure where else to talk about this?

:bighug: big hugs hun, sorry you're feeling so low :( what have u got planned for today? i find whenever im feeling down i try and make myself busy, exercise, pampering, etc. maybe you could make a list of things to do that'll cheer you up or look into signing up to some courses to keep busy in future. obviously i know depression runs a lot deeper than just getting that initial lift out of the low mood but it might help you for today. im pretty much in and out of the site most of the day as im at my computer in work so i'll be keeping an eye in here on you today chicken. feel free to moan, cry, rant etc! xx

I've been for a run and I do feel a bit better :) And I'm planning to put on a face mask and relax in the bath for a bit soon.

Hi ladies,

I'm feeling much happier tonight :) Had a good DD and looking forward to my new WI day tomorrow :) I'm hoping for a small loss (as its only been 4 days since my last weigh in where I sts).

I definitely feel thinner so I'm also going to measure in the morning :)

Everything crossed - I need some good news :)
 
Good luck tomorrow, keep positive. I've found that St Johns Wort has made a huge difference to me. We're both in for a loss tomorrow I hope, will cheer me up too!
