After week 1’s substantial loss I have managed a more modest 1.5lbs loss this week but I count it as 2.5lbs because at 1 point I’d put on a lb.

I’m due on though & as a consequence I’ve been really hungry the past week. It’s weird that it’s less syns to have a pasta n sauce pot than a 65 calories packet of crisp.
 
Week 3 weigh in a day late, stayed the same. At 1 point I’d lost a pound & at another point I’d put on 3.5lbs so lots of yo-yoing this week.
 
Week 5 weigh in 17st 9.5lbs. 0.5lbs gain
I’ve been really naughty this week, Mon - Fri fast food & giant cookies. Put 6.5lbs on at 1 stage. Got back on the slimming world plan Sat - Tues & have managed to get 6lbs off so only 0.5lbs gain now.

5 bad days v 3 good days and only 0.5lb on is a great result. Life happens and glad you're ending the week strong.
 
17st 6lbs haven’t been this weight since November. I have yo-yo’d so much this month kept getting down to 17st 7 & then putting a lb on each day & rose to 17st 10. I swear I sabotage myself.

Been concentrating on half a plate of veg, a quarter protein & a quarter complex carbs. Tried lentil pasta but it made me hurl, going to try wholewheat pasta & I love sweet potato fries, probably not allowed on slimming world. I think sweet potato jackets are though.

Starting the fat loss 4 idiots diet tomorrow. The diet generator website closed down but I managed to find an 11 day plan & then you get 3 days off. I lost 6 stone on this over 18 years ago. I will try & log my food daily.
 
Fat loss 4 idiots diet. Leave at least 2 & a half hours between meals & eat until satisfied but still have a little room for more.

Day 1

Meal 1
2 Eggs, scrambled, hard boiled or poached
Bacon

Meal 2
Chicken/Roast beef/Ham
Tuna with or without light mayo
Fruit
Choose 1, 2 or all 3

Meal 3
2 Eggs
Cashews/Almonds/Macadamias
Fruit salad
Allowed fruit: Pears Apples, Plums, Nectarines, Strawberries, Kiwi, Grapes
Choose 1, 2 or all 3

Meal 4
Chicken
Salmon
Roast beef
Choose 1, 2 or all 3

Eat the 4 meals in any order so you could start with meal 2.
 
Day 2

3 meals of fruit
Allowed fruit: Pears Apples, Plums, Nectarines, Strawberries, Kiwi, Grapes.

1 meal of oat bread with either chicken, roast beef, pastrami or ham. I couldn’t find oat bread so bought 70% oat wraps from amazon.
