Tell your hubby to take you for carvery tomorrow!! We don't celebrate valentines day but I would use it as an excuse to get carvery! LOL
That's a good idea. I'm quite full at the time. Just only a couple of hours later I'm ready for the next sitting! Could be the hormones I guess.Try having something with the soup. I can't just have soup on its own unless its a snack as it doesn't fill me up enough. Have some chopped peppers, tomatoes, cucumber etc with it, or even just a full side salad. Fill up on speed
Stupid scales. Maybe they are wrong if it's a bad result just means a good loss next week if you stay on plan. I'm so trying to think of that right now lol. Unless some sneaky syns have got in my eating plan somewhere that I don't know about.
